Feasibility study for office spaces in Pau

We conducted this study for a client with whom our agency has been collaborating for over 15 years. The goal was to assess the commercial feasibility of these office spaces by anticipating technical constraints, providing a preliminary cost estimate for the work, and integrating these data into the project’s profitability analysis. My work as an architect allowed the real estate company’s team to analyze financial risks and better evaluate the potential profitability before a possible acquisition.
