Saint Jean de Dieu Foundation

A few years ago, our agency carried out an accessibility audit (Ad’AP) for the Saint Jean de Dieu Foundation, the largest nursing home (EHPAD) in Marseille. This facility includes five living units, each housing between 31 and 80 residents, for a total of 142 beds. Satisfied with our approach, the director of the Foundation entrusted us with a feasibility study for the complete renovation of one of the buildings. The goal was to propose a plan for bringing the rooms into compliance and requalifying them to improve the comfort, safety, and quality of care for the residents.
