I took over from my colleague Lorenzo Giardina on this complete renovation project, which involved both levels of the building. The objective was to optimize the spaces and improve the overall comfort of the property, as well as to create additional openings to bring more light into the building.
On the first level, a previously unfinished apartment was completely redesigned to accommodate a seasonal rental. An office and laundry room were also created to provide additional functionality.
On the upper level, the work focused mainly on the living room and kitchen. A partition wall was removed to create a semi-open kitchen, providing better flow and a brighter living space. The client then took charge of the electrical and painting work.
In addition, the entire building benefited from a heating system upgrade, improving its energy efficiency.
The various work packages were awarded to specialized companies:

• Structural work, partitioning, and floor finishing: Entreprise Ramonda
• Plumbing: Entreprise Carbados
• Joinery: Alu Granon
Finally, a heated swimming pool was created, adding real value to this renovation project.
