Extension and renovation of a house in the Var

Located in the heart of a vineyard, this house was redesigned to combine comfort and energy efficiency. The project involved adding an extra level to accommodate the sleeping area, with a large terrace offering breathtaking sea views, ideal for breakfast. A 70 m² extension was also created to accommodate the owners' children.
Particular attention was paid to the materials, favoring insulating and ecological solutions. The house incorporates a rainwater harvesting system and solar panels, making it virtually self-sufficient.
